Faith is like a seed, so it is not the amount of faith we have but it is the quality of the faith that comes from God.  Faith is not wishful thinking but comes from a word that God has spoken to you from the Word of God.  The Word is like a seed that must be sown in our hearts. It may take time but it becomes a tree.  No farmer expects an instant crop (sure there are miracles instantly but usually our faith takes time to grow.  Hearing the word of God doesn’t necessarily mean you will have faith straight away. Keep hearing, keep reading, keep declaring the word of God.  Let faith grow; let it come! Let it grow in your heart till you can receive by faith the things that you know God has promised you.Eventually, you will have to act like it is true. If we have faith we will speak like it and there is usually some action or step of obedience to take.    Abraham when he was called, went out not knowing where was going.Noah began to build the ark.  If you have the faith to prophecy; begin to do what you never did before. It may be witnessing or believing you can tithe and still prosper.Friend, you will have heard of the experiment with insects.  They kept them in a glass box with a glass lid on it. They came to realise that couldn’t fly any higher than the glass ceiling so even after the lid was taken off they never left.  Do something that you've been asking and believing for, and you’ll find that Jesus has passed by and loosed the chains and taken the lid off!
