To Hard

The cloud shifted most days to a new site. It seemed to take forever to get to Canaan. God took the nation on that journey to Canaan, the long way around because they weren’t ready of war.

God needed people who could endure hardness as a good soldier of Christ. They needed to be toughened up and they needed to learn that they were dependent upon God for success in life. The wilderness was to shift their reliance on self and Egypt’s ways to rely on God.

One of the things you soon realise as you walk with God that He really has promised you a rose garden to live in but there are sharp lessons to be learned passing through it.

Sometimes you hear believers say things are tough and they probably are too but the hard things about following God, is never as hard as staying in bondage forever.

You had problems and you still have problems, but now God wants to help you in them and through it, God is forming His character in you. We only grow in the hard times; faith only grows when you have to use it on something.
